I really like the irons. Had to take the woods and get them reshafted! Way too wobbly! I have a real fast swing, so ball was trying to do u-turns. I am not sure what flex shaft comes on them but not good for person with strong swing.

People must be hitting the ground or more then a golf ball with these clubs. This is a really good set of golf clubs as long as you do not abuse them. Great set at a great price had them for a couple of weeks and about five rounds of golf and not a problem yet.

love these clubs perfect for anyone looking for great set of clubs to start, you won't need to change clubs for a long time. I have hit with King Cobra, and callaway clubs these feel and hit just like the best.

Great set of clubs for the begginer. I would suggest upgrading teh driver/woods first both dent easily but continue to work. Irons and wedges are excellent!

Like many here, I bought the clubs, went to the range the day I got them. 4th or 5th hits, shattered the shaft on the driver. Changed to the 5 wood, 2 or 3 hits later, the head on it broke off and goes down range. JUNK, JUNK, JUNK.

Now the irons and the hybrids are pretty nice and the putter is not bad, although I use a tri ball.
I have to say the bag is pretty nice and with a stand too

Just started golfing this year and after renting clubs for a few times decided to buy my own. The clubs look and feel good and the only problem i have had so far is I dented the driver by topping the ball at the driving range while driving off a mat.

These clubs were the first set of clubs i ever bought brand new and i am very pleased with them. I didn't but them online, i bought them at the store and they had two different models. the other model was last year's model, but i didn't know it at the time, and they were a bluish color if you do the same thing don't get the blue kind. the driver head flew off after a bucket of balls and two holes on the course.
the yellow turbomax clubs however are great. i am a beginner who was looking for a good deal and i definately found it. i only have had them for one season but they are in good shape and i used them at least 4 times a week for the entire season. i tried out for the golf team and made it and the clubs lasted through all the practices and all the matches. the only flaw with the set is the bag. the stand mechanism doesn't work very well especially if you put an umbrella in the holder. the driver shaft is pretty flexible also, but overall you can't beat the set and the price.

I just recently bought these clubs because of the price. IMO they are excellent clubs. I had a cheaper driver, dented TaylorMade Burner, cheap woods before, nice putter, and nice irons made by MacGregor. All of this was a hand down basically and these were the first clubs I have ever used.

When I got these new ones I started with knocking off 5 off my handy cap and found they were much easier to hit with. They felt a lot more confortable to me then my old clubs. I really like the irons and how all the weight is right where the ball is. It helps a lot and makes your "not so good shots" not that bad. I hit further with the driver then I did with either of my old drivers. I also used to have a slice and I barley slice it at all now.

I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good set of clubs and for the price you cant beet them. Some are saying in their review that these clubs look cheap and I would have to disagree. I think these look similar to my friends and he has fairly expensive clubs. Also to the people breaking the clubs, either you got a bad batch or like to go digging because these feel like very sturdy clubs to me.

I'm new to the game of golf and this was my first set. It was more than I could have asked for. I'm driving it further with my 3-wood than others with their drivers. The 56 degree is a great club to have with it giving me great accuracy and distance from the hole.

I will start off by saying overall the clubs get an overall grade of B-.

The bag has lots of storage and provides plenty of room for headcovers, keys, balls, tees, cell phones, and virtually anything else you decide to bring with you to the course. But the downfall of the bag is that you must force the clubs into and out of the bag, which could result in damage. It recieves a B.

The irons are the deal in this set. They are well made and provide a decent sweet spot to hit the ball. Although they are only semi-forgiving on uncentered shots. They come with stepped down steel shafts. And although graphite is recommended for beginners, the steel shafts do a good job of giving a decent swing speed for us beginner golfers. The grips are rubber and hold up to use pretty well, although if you plan on using them often I would replace the grips with a slightly softer material. The 56 degree wedge is a nice bonus and comes in handy. I give the Irons a grade of A.

The hybrids are not as good of quality as the irons. They have the same shafts and grips, but fall to the same construction woes as the woods(which I will explain next). They are easier to hit than the fairway woods so they are also a welcome addition. Even though they are not as good as the irons in construction I still gave them a B grade.

Now the woods in this set are below average. They come with regular flex graphite shafts. The shafts are decent enough for the price, but the construction where the shaft meets the club head is inadequate and falls apart. Also the club heads dent rather easily, even with the covers on. I have a Callaway driver as well and it has no blemishes where this sets woods have dents just from the bumping of clubs during transport. These woods hit the ball decently but again damage just as easily during play as they do during transport. They are sufficient start with but I would upgrade these first. I give the woods a grade of D.

The putter is a mallet type of which I never use. I prefer blade type putters. It is constructed rather well and has a yellow softer insert. I can't give it a grade since I never used it. I replaced it with an old blade putter I recieved from my father in law.

I recommend these clubs to start and slowly upgrade, starting with the woods. I hope this was helpful.

These clubs are probably the best you can buy at an affordable price like this. I was driving just as far as the guys with expensive clubs. I used a hybrid on a few holes and they put the ball exactly where I wanted to. Also, my chipping has improved 200% since I started using the 56degree wedge in the set. The irons and putter are nice, and the bag has enough compartments for my phone, keys, balls, tees, shoes, etc.. If looking for new clubs, these are the way to go!

I�ve been playing for about 8 years now and bought these clubs because they were on sale and I needed a new set. I wasn�t sure how they would hit because of the price, but when I went to the driving range and the course I fell in love with them. They�re forgiving for slow swings and the weight system works very well also. They took about 4-5 strokes off my handicap. Great set for the money!

I am a beginning golfer. This is my first set and I love them. I havent hit the course just yet but I've been to the driving range many of times. These clubs are great and you can't beat the price. Also, I love the adjustable weight system the 460cc driver has. You can choose to either have a draw or a fade in your shot. These clubs are an excellent buy!!

I'm a beginner, and I bought this set of clubs not too long ago. these clubs are good, once I work out my slice with the driver and get a better putter, then i'll be good to go. The irons are great, i can hit with the 3-iron almost 200 yards. The hybrids are great and the 56 degree that comes with this set is great for sticking it on the green.

I only took them to the driving range and hit a couple buckets. They hit real well and get good distance. The weight system works it compensates for my slice. Only bad thing is I put a dent on the driver but my fault.

I'm just starting out and am glad I purchased these clubs. I've been driving just as far as others with the high-end clubs. When I took lessons, I was complimented by my instructor. I'm anxious to get on the greens. You can't go wrong with this beginner set.

I bought these today and like them for my first set of golf clubs. The driver is light, is constructed decently for the price you pay. Its weight system allows you to exchange weights to compensate for either a hook or slice. It works, because my hook is now less pronounced. The fairway woods are good and fit the same mold as the driver. Same goes for the hybrid clubs. The only knock on these clubs is that they are made of stainless steel and not titanium but once again for the price, it is a steal. The bargain comes in the irons. I like the irons in this golf set. They are constructed well and hit the ball pretty good. For the price this set comes with a good assortment of irons, and I especially like the sand wedge (which most sets in this price range do not provide).
