This is a great reel. I have it on a 6"6' medium heavy rod and i like to use it for soft baits but i have used it with cranks, spinners, and topwater. It is great and hasn't failed me yet. It hold up to the test when a big ol' bass is at the other end of your line. [...]

I bought this reel last year and loved it so much im buying same exact reel again for a new rod. It is expensive but worth every penny.

I love this reel. I currently us it for my Topwater Reel on a 6'3" Team Daiwa mediam heavy. They make a great Topwater set up. I think this would also make a great Jig/worm reel aswell.
